The power rangers had been defeated and the well being of the planet was now in danger. The
dark princess and her forces were ready to expand from Angle grove and take over cities, states, the country of the United
States. Soon after her ship would arrive and meet up with the rest of the fleets and they would launch an orbital assault
destroying the entire planet.
The rangers were no more.
All the powers for the
morphers of the inactive and retired rangers had been demolished. The current Power rangers had also lost their powers and
were now dead. Their bodies lay around the command center.
The Mystic Mother was in pain, sitting
against the command centers main computer. In her hands the seven power crystals that her rangers courageously recovered from
the depths of space. They guarded the crystals with heir lives and in the process gave their lives.
She
slowly drifted in and out of consciousness. It took the energy from the crystals to keep her alive, she had a duty to do and
if earth was to survive she would have to make sure she completed her task. The command center was under siege. She had to
act fast. She crawled her way around the command center placing each of the six crystals in their respective place. Finally
she got up onto her knees and in the middle placed the finale crystal. She pushed the button to distribute the power into
the chamber and released the energy into the containment field.
A blast in the circuits as a near
by star went into a timed nova state caused the estimated over load. Suddenly beams of light shot out from the now glowing
crystals and exited through the sky light of the command center. The lights were beautiful and would be the last things the
Mystic Mother would see.
A success, a great accomplishment. Seven beams of colored lights, red,
pink, yellow, green, blue, black, and white had shot out of the complex and out into Angle Grove. The command center glowed
blue from inside and soon in the middle of the command center a face appeared, confined into some kind of cylindrical structure.
It was Zordon, “Answer the call young ones, the Earth needs the power rangers” he said to himself in hopes that
the call would be answered. Earth was in serious danger from the threat of Aracnia and her soldiers, the venom mites.
Zordon was quick to welcome the seven young teens who were brought before him. Four males and three females stood before
him in shock, a blue face was looking at them. The youngest female looked at the blue face and was about to speak when the
face spoke first “There is no time for questions, the command center is under attack and the planet is in grave danger”
Zordon said quickly.
The female whom Zordon interrupted then spoke up “Look I don’t
know who or what the hell you are but if the Earth is in danger then we should get to safety. We need to seek shelter, let
the people who can help handle it” she said scared and shaken. “If its really that serious then why aren’t
the power rangers out there, why are they not stopping it?” The boy with the long black hair asked.
Zordon answered the mans question “The power rangers are dead, you seven have been chosen to protect and serve
as the new power rangers, the earth needs you!” After explaining to the seven teens the best he could on the situation
and the circumstances which brought them to the command center the seven were as ready as they could be.
Jace Hampton the punk outcast from Angle Grove High stepped forth and reached for the red Nova morphed. The device
shocked his hand causing him to jump back. “Your nova morphers have been pre determined by the Mystic Mother, focus
within yourself and your morphed will call to you. You will fell it inside of you, you will see the color in your mind. Once
you do reach out for it.” Zordon said to the young teens.
The seven teens found their morphers
and were ready for battle. “Its Morphing time” Talon Williams, the red Nova ranger shouted. “Red Nova Ranger,
Black Nova Ranger, Pink Nova Ranger, Green Nova Ranger, Yellow Nova Ranger, Blue Nova Ranger, White Nova Ranger!” they
all shouted to morph.
Jade, the Green Nova Ranger and Jace, The Black Nova Ranger were the first
of the rangers to form a teamwork relationship. Jace would get on his knees allowing Jade to use him to launch herself into
a jumping form colliding with the venom mites, knocking them to the ground and destroying them. She would shout “I am
The Green Nova Ranger!“ Jace and Jade worked together like they knew each other for years, venom mites were flying and
falling left and right. They were a great duo.
Mackenzie Cortland, the Pink Nova Ranger worked
with Talon Williams, the Red Nova Ranger. The two would charge full sprint into a group of venom mites but quickly learned
it wasn’t going to be that easy. “Mac arm you Nova blaster and see if shooting them will do anything” Talon
ordered seeking a technological tactical advantage.
Mackenzie shot a few venom mites but she was
no ace with a gun. “I’m not a very good shot Talon” she said to the Red ranger. “Toss me your blaster”
he called to her and so she tossed her nova blaster to him. Talon with a blaster in each hand went to town blasting the venom
mites two by two while Mackenzie did her own thing with hand to hand combat. Together the two cleared the area of venom mites.
“Boy’s and their toys” she said to herself. “One of these days I am going
to have to show you how to use these blasters” Talon said before he noticed she had taken out more venom mites her way
than he had using two blasters. “Maybe I will have to teach you how to clean house the hard way” She responded
with a smile.
Dusty and Garrett took little time in
cleaning their area of venom mites. The male Yellow ranger looked at Garrett. Garrett gave Dusty the motion of pride and success,
a clear sign to show they did a great job and that Garrett was thankful for the help. “Nice work” Dusty said in
response to Garrett’s sign. Garrett quickly grabbed his nova blaster and shot a venom mite which was sneaking up from
behind Dusty. “Thank you” Dusty said to his fellow ranger. “Anytime” Garrett said with a smile hidden
beneath his helmet.
Aidyn was a tough girl, a hell of a brawler and yet he techniques involved
strategy and logic more than strength and raw power. It made perfect sense that she would bare the white ranger suit. “Lend
me a hand someone” she called out to anyone who could assist her. Aidyn was using her nova blaster to pick off some
approaching venom mites. The other six rangers helped her clear the rest of the command center of remaining venom mites with
their nova blasters.
The seven rangers eventually came face to face with the evil spider
princess herself, Aracnia. “Power Rangers” she said surprised by these seven suits of color staring her down and
stopping her dead in her tracks. “I have planned for this invasion for years, I am not about to let anyone stop me.
I am all powerful!” she shouted as if that would be enough to send the rangers to step aside. “Bring it on Acracnia”
Jade said stepping forth just a foot or two away from Aracnia. “Your ignorance will be the end of you Green ranger”
Aracnia said slowly backing away from Jade.
Aracnia sent more venom mites to attack the
rangers. Swarming, the venom mites did as their princess wished. Aracnia signaled for some creature that appeared when she
called for him “Clockwork” she called out with pure evilness. “Yes, my Princess” the giant clock like
creature answered. “Use your omega power to bring forth two of the greatest minions from the past, they shall serve
me well” she said laughing with such power in her pitch. “But who shall it be my dear Princess?” She looked
at the creature and paused for a second “perfect” she said as if she had discovered something, she then looked
at the rangers then back at her clock like minion “Bring forth Scorpina and Goldar!” she shouted with some sick
happiness.
“What is this, where am I” Goldar asked in his raspy horrific voice
only a evil royalty could love. “Who are you” Scorpina asked as she looked at Aracnia. “I welcome you to
the future my evil ones. I brought you here to destroy these power rangers who have been getting in my way from complete destruction
on Earth” Aracnia yelled in fury. “Dreaded Power Rangers are always in my way, take care of them and I will send
you back from the exact time in which you came from” Aracnia said looking at Goldar and Scorpina. Goldar looked at the
power rangers and then turned to Aracnia “You have taken me from a great battle with the red ranger, I almost had him.
Ah but I see there is a Red ranger here, a power ranger is a power ranger no matter what year it is” Goldar shouted
pleased at the sight of Talon.
The seven rangers reached for their power nova blasters. “Alright
team, I don’t know who these goons are but it looks like we are going to have to fight them. The gold ones mine”
Talon called to his team to lead them into battle. “Good call Talon, you take the gold one and we will take the scorpion
woman” Aidyn said in agreement with Talon. “Dusty and I will take the venom mites” Mackenzie said noticing
the spider soldiers would be left. The seven rangers split up and took on their assigned targets.
“You
haven’t met a red ranger like me yet. And I will be the last one your ever going to see” Talon Said in a semi
cocky attitude. Goldar took an immediate disliking to Talon and his attitude. Talon used his brute force and lightning fast
speed to take advantage of the situation by getting some fast and hard punched and jabs at Goldar’s chest plating. Talon
used his Nova Power Sword to attack Goldar however, Goldar matched Talon by using his Saber to block the sword attacks. Sparks
went everywhere and the battle looked more like the 4th of July than a war zone. “Are you growing tired Red Ranger?”
Talon just looked straight into Goldar’s eyes “Never” he answered.
Goldar took
his saber and swept Talon right off his feet. Talon lay on the ground flat on his back noticing a gold blade coming dangerously
close to his head. He rolled out of the way just in time. “Talon, watch yourself” screamed Mackenzie who was clearly
worried about her friend. She pulled her Nova Power Sword and made her way through a swarm of venom mites to help her friend.
“Mac lets do this” Talon said clanging swords with Mackenzie in a sign of comradely. Together the two rangers
managed to dish out some damaging blows to Goldar who was now growing weaker. He was finding it hard to fend off two rangers
who attacked with such a fierce combination of force and agility. Talon was fast and hit hard while Mackenzie was more tactical
and focused on Goldar’s less armored areas, she was relentless with her strikes.
The two
rangers soon discovered why there teamwork was so effective, it was something meant to be. The feeling of power came over
both of them, Talon’s sword became fiery red and soon flames trailed it during each swing. He had discovered the Inferno
Falcon power within him which matched with Mackenzie whose sword glowed pink with the metal producing puffs and clouds of
smoke. She had discovered the Phoenix Fire bird power, together side by side the two were close to un stoppable. “Amazing”
Talon whispered in awe. “Come on Talon, lets show this overgrown blue faced creep what Power rangers can do” Mackenzie
shouted ready to finish off Goldar assuming that it would be that simple an that easy.
Dusty was cut off from the rest of the team. Venom-mites were doubling each second, more and more started to
appear. Dusty was forced to face Scorpina on his own “Your going down Scorpina” Dusty said as he took an offensive
stance. “Shut your mouth you pathetic yellow ranger” she answered with a wing of her stinger across the yellow
ranger’s chest. Dusty fell to his knees fighting the pain, attempting to get back on his feet. The stingers strike jolted
and shocked the yellow ranger and the second swift attack knocked him out cold. “You are no match for Scorpina fool”
She joyfully shouted.
“Dusty” Jade screamed as she watched her fellow ranger lay motionless in defeat.
Scorpina standing above him about to finish her prey off by draining him of his powers. She inserted her stinger into his
chest absorbing the yellow rangers powers and causing him to de morph. The green ranger broke free from the venom-mites she
was fighting with and rushed to aid Dusty. With three powerful round house kicks and a lightning fast uppercut the green ranger
had broken the link and saved Dusty from loosing his powers. Scorpina was caught of guard and wasn’t ready for the hard
hitting kicks and punched from Jade, the green ranger had the advantage and that’s how she liked it.
The rest
of the rangers were using their nova blasters to clear out the venom-mites. The venom-mites quickly retreated and returned
to their dark domain. The rangers lead by Talon rushed to help out Jade and their wounded friend. Jade pulled her Nova Dragon
daggers and with fury sliced Scorpina left and right causing her serve damage. The villainess enforcer was in trouble. Jade
went in for the kill taking her dagger and aiming for the throat of Scorpina but before jade could deliver the finale blow
and end the battle once and for all her wrists were restrained by Talon. Scorpina transported away.
“I could
have had her. I had the chance to end this Talon, why did you stop me?” Talon looked down at Dusty who was being helped
up by Garrett and Mackenzie “Because Jade, that is not how we do it. That is not how I work. That’s not what a
power ranger would do.” Jade walked right up to Talon and starred him down in hate “She showed no mercy, she would
of killed Dusty after she had his power, why should I show mercy to her” She said spitting words of venom in the eyes
of her leader. “Mercy is was separates us from them” Talon said disappointed with the green ranger. Mackenzie
looked at Talon “He’s hurting pretty bad Talon, Scorpina took a lot out of him but he still has his powers thankfully.
He’s going to make it but he needs rest.” The rangers teleported to the command center then to Dusty’s house.
Dusty
lay in his bed healing and resting from the battle he had just been in a few hours ago. Five of his fellow rangers were watching
over him as he rest in his bed. The white ranger, Aidyn was in Angle Grove at the mall shopping by herself when all of a sudden
massive herds of people ran screaming. Venom-mites were in the mall causing pure havoc. Aidyn ran into one of the vacated
stores and morphed into the White Nova Ranger. Venom-mites were charging up their power whips and cornerd the white ranger
whipping her and draining her power. She used her communicator to call for help “Guys I am at the mall. Venom-mites
all ove rthe place, I need your help.”
Talon stood over rusty smiling. Talon wouldn’t of known how to handle
the death of such a great friend and as the leader of the rangers how a death under his command would have effected his relationship
with the rest of his team. These were things that he often wondered about lately. The teams watch communicators stared to
go off. They all heard the message from Aidyn. Dusty sat up “woo boy, your not going anywhere any time soon” Garrett
said pushing Dusty on the chest and forcing him back down flat on his back. Talon looked at his friends face and saw those
blue eyes under the long blond hair, they were starring at him like a child at Christmas “he’s right Dusty, your
in no condition to go anywhere in your shape. Jade and Garrett will stay here with you. Mackenzie, Jace and I will handle
this” Talon said in a strong tone of voice.
